I chose this lamp after searching extensively for a lamp for my bedside that I could use two ways: any with both bulbs for regular room light, or with only one bulb for reading in the middle of the nocturnal. At the time I was shopping, the online description didn’t say whether it used regular light bulbs or the “candelabra” type (I prefer the 15W regular type bulbs for nightlight reading.) It does use the candelabra bulb but I was able to find 15W in this type bulb and am pleased with the result. The “rust painted” end isn’t excellent quality – looks tarnished and really rusted, but doesn’t show up that much. All in all, for the price, I’m very pleased with this product.
