I prearranged the Table on Dec 2nd. It said it was shipped on Dec 6th and I should recieve it on Dec 8th – Dec 11th. Called on Dec 22nd. Never could get through to customer service. Had to dial direct number spent 1 hr 20 min waiting to talk to a name. I did reach a very nice person, she ran a trace on the product. It came on Dec 29th, I was hurt beyond repair. Called on Dec 3th. Spent 1hr 10 min trying to reach them again. I kept the same number spar to the same person. She had UPS pick it back up but I’m still waiting for my refund. The table was picked up on Jan 2nd.
Very terrible experience!!! Will probably not order online again.

The table top arrived with a crushed corner. It took one sit down by my 2 year ancient to snap off the poorly glued/nailed front chair slat. If it wasn’t such a pain in the butt I’d restore it immediately. :^(

One leg came off of the table the first week – the screw inserts pulled out, so we couldn’t just re-tighten it. We tacked it back collectively with angle brackets and the wood tear while screwing in the bracket. Now one of the chairs is coming apart. We have one two year ancient who isn’t being tough on it, it’s just not that well made. We got this in a discount store for thirty bucks, so I’m not too in tears, but still, I would have expected better.

The table and chairs are real excellent. I have only one suggestion. One of the wood boards of the chair seat came off while assembling. We had to fix it some glue and nails. If the manufacturer can see to it that all parts are steadily made, it will be better.

I prearranged this item for my 18 month ancient daughter. When it arrived, one of the slats had come off the chair seat, exposing dried glue and sharp staples. I figured I would reglue the slat and keep the table. As I nonstop with assembly, I learned that a piece of wood under the tabletop joining two legs collectively had been completely ruined due to screws being inserted too tightly (during factory assembly). There were also multiple cracks around the corners of the table. I requested a replacement and sent back the set. I just received my replacement today and I didn’t even have to take one piece out of the box to see that the corner of the table is terribly cracked; it appears to have been dropped during shipment and there was not enough packaging material inside to cushion the wood. This time I am requesting a refund and looking for a different table and chairs set.
Don’t waste your time or your money.
