We just received our table/chair set in the mail (bought on Amazon from babyage). The delivery was prompt via Fedex. (We prearranged on the 10th and it arrived on the 15th.) All the pieces were clearly labeled, very well packaged and built-in all hardware pieces. It was honestly simple to place collectively although the screws require some effort to get in all the way. We followed the advice of another reviewer and soaped the screws, which made them simpler to get in.
The set is very attractive and sturdy. I kept telling my husband how pretty it was as we opened the package. It is a very light, untreated wood color. After assembling all, I sat on the chairs and felt no give whatsoever. It is the perfect height for our 20 month ancient, but still looks like there is room for growth. The table height is excellent for both sitting and permanent play. (He is sitting in a chair right now, playing with his trains.) Considering the price, it is a fantastic deal for a table and four chairs. We will probably use a couple of the chairs for various other tables and uses around the household, and still have two for use with the table. The chairs are weighty enough to be hard to tip, yet light enough to be pushed with effort by our son.
We were also considering the fold up, fake picnic tables. After reading reviews about how they had permanently bent when heavier children sat on them, I chose hostile to it. I didn’t want to have to worry about the table or chairs being used by larger kids and/or adults.
Overall, I am VERY pleased with this buy. We chose on this one after much weighing up and research. It is a fantastic deal for the price. I reckon it is of the same or better quality than privileged priced options. We look forwards to using this set for years to come!

Perfect table and chairs for art projects for my twin four year olds. They even had a excellent time selection mom assemble them. Problem was…the holes on one of the chairs did not align well. Finished up pulling out the power drill to make new ones. Otherwise…fantastic size and very sturdy.

Bought this for my 2-year-ancient — fantastic buy! Simple to assemble, sturdy, and my daughter and her friends like it! Only had it about 3 or 4 months now, so can’t comment on its longevity, but it seems very sturdy.

I am very pleased with this product. I would recommend it. Both my son (7) and daughter (2) sit at it and draw pictures, do puzzels, etc. I would not recommend getting the colored table and chairs, because I can see how the paint would chip as stated in some of the reveiws. The wood end is much lighter then pictured. But, overall I reckon it will last my kids years.

This is a tiny set but well made. Kids of all ages gravitate to it(it is in my waiting room. I thought it was too small. Incorrect. Its size just makes it that much more funky (in a excellent way).
