My husband just place this up on our porch. We don’t use a post so he emotionally involved it to the side of our front door.
We need a huge mailbox here. Had a silver color one for years and the black looks much better. Very pleased with it and a fantastic price.

Our locality has over 500 mailboxes that need replaced because they are rusting away and this aluminum mailbox is what we are using because it will not rust. As head of our maintenance committee I wanted to replace them once and not every 5-8 years.

The mailbox came on time. It was not made for my specific mailbox stand, so I had to drill new holes into the bottom. Despite that it was simple to install and is working much better than the ancient mailbox which had been hit twice by a car and could no longer be repaired by duct tape. It is a fantastic deal for the money.

Mailbox seems to be well made, the only fall back is the door lock is not very rigid. For the money the box is a excellent buy.
